These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of qedocafeteriaseating.com and to enquiries, quotations and orders placed with Shree Radhey Krishna Industries LLP, operating under the brand Qedo Cafeteria Seating ("Qedo", "we", "us"). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of the website

• The website is for general information about our products and for sending enquiries.
• You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
• Product images, colours and designs on the website are for reference. Actual products may differ slightly in shade, finish or dimensions.

2. Products and enquiries

• We manufacture cafeteria, restaurant, canteen, institutional and lounge chairs, tables and related furniture. We supply to dealers, distributors and bulk buyers.
• Submitting an enquiry or adding items to the Enquiry Cart is a request for a quotation. It is not a confirmed order.

3. Quotations, prices and orders

• Prices and wholesale rates are shared through written quotations and may change based on quantity, material, colour, design and market conditions.
• A quotation is valid for the period stated on it. If no period is stated, please confirm with us before ordering.
• An order is confirmed only when we accept it in writing (email, WhatsApp or order confirmation) and receive the agreed advance or payment terms.
• Taxes such as GST are charged as applicable.

4. Custom designs

• We offer custom designs as per your size, material and colour requirements. Specifications must be confirmed in writing before production begins.
• Custom-made products are made specially for you, so orders may not be cancelled or changed once production has started, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

5. Payment

Payment terms (advance, balance and mode of payment) are mentioned in the quotation or order confirmation. Goods may be held back if agreed payments are not received on time.

6. Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on order size, production schedule and transport conditions.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as natural events, strikes, transport disruption or government orders.
• Please check goods on delivery and tell us about any visible damage or shortage as soon as possible, with photos, so that we can help.

7. Quality, warranty and returns

We make our products with care and aim for consistent quality. Any warranty, replacement or return terms are those stated in your written quotation or order confirmation. Normal wear and tear, misuse, wrong installation or damage after delivery are not covered.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the Qedo name, logo, product designs, photographs and text, belongs to us or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or from delay or non-delivery caused by reasons outside our control. Our liability for any product will not exceed the amount paid to us for that product.

10. Dealer and distributor enquiries

Dealership or distribution arrangements are subject to a separate written agreement or approval from us. Enquiries made through the website do not by themselves create any dealership right.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with the updated date.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Sonipat, Haryana.
